Zusammenfassung

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients build meaningful skills across home, school, clinic, or community settings.

Responsibilities include direct service delivery, data collection, notes, and professional communication with families and staff.

Qualifikationen

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to service locations.
• Ability to work the posted schedule and perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Deliver direct ABA services in home, school, clinic, or community settings.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes in a timely manner.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
