Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow an individualized treatment plan, collect session data, and help each client build meaningful skills.

You will deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings and implement programs written by the supervising BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology/education/behavior analysis helpful.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to service locations.
• Able to work the posted schedule and perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services one-to-one in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and maintain clear session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Adhere to ethical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel to assigned cases with reliable attendance.
