Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to children with autism. You will work under supervision by a BCBA, follow a treatment plan, collect session data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

Responsibilities include direct service delivery in various settings, implementing programs, documenting notes, and maintaining professional communication with families and staff while adhering to ethical and privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
