Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services for children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implement individualized plans, collect session data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

The role involves travel to various settings (home/school/clinic) and requires reliability, strong communication, and adherence to ethical and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (BACB)
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology/education/behavior analysis helpful
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to service locations
• Ability to work the posted schedule and perform essential functions
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in home, school, clinic, or community settings as assigned
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as designed by the BCBA
• Collect accurate data and complete clear session notes
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance
