Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children receiving ABA therapy. You will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure effective programming and client progress.

The role involves 1:1 work with clients, data collection, note-taking, and collaboration with a large team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs. Training and career growth opportunities are available across our centers and community settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with BASS clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Electronic data collection as it relates to BCBA programming.
• Complete daily notes after each session and upload to databases.
• Maintain open communication with BCBA regarding client progress.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed by the BCBA team.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the day.
