Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is hiring an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under supervision of a BCBA, delivering ABA therapy to children across home, school, and community settings.

You will complete the 40-hour RBT training (paid) and pass the BACB RBT exam within 30 days, with CPR training also provided within 30 days of hire. Join a collaborative team dedicated to improving communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training and BACB exam within 30 days (paid).

Responsibilities

• Complete 40-hour RBT training course (paid) and pass the BACB RBT exam within 30 days of employment.
• Complete CPR training (paid) within 30 days of hire.
• Work 1:1 with BASS clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Electronic data collection as it relates to programming developed by the BCBA.
• Complete daily notes following each session and upload to relevant databases.
• Maintain open communication with BCBA regarding client progress.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed by the BCBA team.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the work day.
