Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement programs, and communicate with caregivers across home, school, clinic, or community settings.

The role requires reliable transportation, flexibility to travel to cases, and adherence to ethical and privacy standards while supporting clients’ skill development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework helpful.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to service locations.
• Ability to work listed schedule and perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in home, school, clinic or community settings.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
