Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under a BCBA supervision, implement treatment plans, and collect session data to support skill-building.

Travel to various case settings is required and you will maintain professional communication with caregivers and staff. You will participate in supervision and training while upholding ethical, privacy, and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, or behavior analysis is helpful.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned service locations.
• Ability to work the schedule listed in the posting and perform essential functions.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes clearly and timely.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.

Education

Active RBT certification (BACB)

HS diploma or equivalent

Experience with children or developmental disabilities

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to locations
