Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) in Sewell, NJ. This full-time role offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement within our growing ABA programs.

Starting pay is $21.40 per hour for RBTs and $19.35 per hour for BTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education. You will support clients in homes, schools, and clinics, delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Deliver ABA therapy and implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks.
