Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey in Mount Laurel, NJ is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) for full-time roles. Starting pay is $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience, training, and credentials.

Paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to certification are provided. We support your growth through the ABA Academy of Excellence, team collaboration with BCBAs, and opportunities to advance to higher levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
