Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision and track progress with clinical data in real time.

Qualifications include Active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and experience with autism. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential. Join a team committed to meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA, families, and caregivers to support development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
