Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement programs, collect data and support families.

Part-time role (15–20 hours/week), after-school hours, Monday to Friday with weekends as needed. Must have active RBT certification, high school diploma, reliable transportation, and pass a background check. PTO and flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the keiddo to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
