Heartlinks ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA services to children in-home and in community settings within Georgia. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing therapy programs and tracking progress in our data system.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. This role offers growth opportunities, supervision, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website is required.
• Pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
