Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect progress data using our clinical software.

Collaborating with supervising BCBAs and families, you will help support consistency and meaningful skill development while maintaining a safe, engaging environment during sessions.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Education or related field preferred
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment for sessions
