Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect real-time data on progress.

You will work closely with families and caregivers, ensuring consistency and meaningful skill development, while maintaining a safe, engaging environment for each session.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
