Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect progress data using clinical software.

We value reliability, strong communication, and a genuine passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes. A valid driver’s license and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
