Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for 1:1 ABA therapy with children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers growth to full-time as caseloads expand and provides hands-on training, mentorship, and pathways to leadership within ABA.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
