AbleLight is seeking an entry-level Behavior Technician (BT) to support individuals with developmental disorders under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help implement treatment plans and collect data using Central Reach, contributing to daily living skills development.

This role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication with families, and confidentiality. Training is provided to ensure adherence to behavior reduction protocols and professional standards in a collaborative clinical setting.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: Some understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Certificate: to obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification within 45 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Works under supervision to implement treatment plans to reduce problematic behavior or improve daily living skills.
• Collects and analyzes behavioral data using Central Reach software.
• Maintains client confidentiality and dignity.
• Provides progress updates to parents or caretakers as instructed by a Clinical Supervisor.
• Ensures treatments follow established behavior reduction protocols.
• Works well individually and as part of a team.
• Communicates clearly, both orally and in writing.
