A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is part of an interdisciplinary team delivering instructional and behavioral support in home, community or school settings. Under supervision, you will implement ABA programs including ITT, NET, FCT and data collection to promote skill acquisition and reduce maladaptive behaviors.

Training is provided and ongoing.) Responsibilities include collaborating with behavior consultants and teachers, documenting progress, and maintaining program materials.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in any field with at least one year of direct contact with children/adolescents.
• High school diploma with three years’ experience working with individuals with developmental delays or behavioral challenges.

Mansioni

• Work under supervision of a certified/licensed staff member responsible for instructional programming.
• Collect data and graph results on skill acquisition programs.
• Implement behavior analytic teaching strategies for parents/school personnel.
• Maintain program books and data records with accuracy.
• Provide behavior management support and implement components of behavior support plans.
• Complete ongoing training requirements for the position.

Bachelor’s degree in education/psychology/social work or related
