Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their home or designated locations. You will implement individualized plans under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to support developmental progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to communicate with families and coworkers.
• Valid state ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the Home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
