Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work in home or clinic settings, following plans created by a supervising BCBA, and you will participate in regular staff meetings and ongoing trainings.

Flexible hours with opportunities for growth and a supportive team are emphasized. A vehicle and valid driver's license are required to commute to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Proficient English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state ID.
• Reliable transportation to commute to locations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings regularly.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license for commuting to locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
