Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA services to children diagnosed with ASD. The position offers flexible hours, growth opportunities, and strong supervision to help you advance your clinical skills.

You will deliver 1:1 therapy in home or clinic settings, implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
