Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism. The role offers flexible hours, in home or clinic settings, and growth opportunities under supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and families.
• Must have a valid state ID.
• Reliable transportation to commute to locations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute to locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
