Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home or clinical settings. You will implement plans from the BCBA, collect data, and submit session notes while collaborating with staff.

A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required for travel to locations; schedule is typically Monday to Friday. We offer competitive hourly pay ($20–$28) and a range of benefits including health, dental, life

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, verbal and written.
• Valid state ID and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
