Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and work under a supervising BCBA to help children with autism develop essential skills.

You will collaborate with families and staff, participate in trainings, and may need a vehicle and valid driver's license to travel between locations. Paid training is provided to become an RBT.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute and be prompt.
