Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home-based settings. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and submit session notes while collaborating with supervisors and peers.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state ID and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the Home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
