Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision and collect data to track progress.

We value reliability, strong communication, and a passion for helping families achieve meaningful outcomes. A valid RBT certification (or eligibility) and a high school diploma are required or preferred, with related degree a plus.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active RBT certification (or eligibility).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion: Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
