Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools across Tennessee. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized plans and help children reach meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required and registered on the BACB Registry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with children preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families
