Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Tennessee. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings, following BCBA-defined treatment plans. The role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with families and the clinical team.

The position offers diverse scheduling options, training provided, and growth opportunities within a supportive team dedicated to improving outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Active registration with the BACB is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy services one-on-one with children.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and community settings to deliver services.
