Job summary

Total Care ABA seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in-school settings across Tennessee. You will work under BCBA supervision, helping children achieve meaningful goals and progress in communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required; registered on the BACB Registry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with children preferred (not required).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
