Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA services to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by the supervising BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
