Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence‑based 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a supervising BCBA, collect real‑time data, and work closely with families to support consistent skill development.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
