Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks an RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, under supervision. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect progress data using clinical software.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred), and reliable transportation to various settings across Missouri. Strong communication with families is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain certification)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings
• Deliver evidence-based sessions and implement plans designed by supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Maintain a safe, positive and engaging session environment
