Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Baltimore, MD is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect data using clinical software.

Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills, while maintaining a safe and engaging session environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS in psychology or education a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
