PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans created by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to support learning and independence.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, experience with ABA, and willing to travel locally for in-home sessions. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
