Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, ABA experience, and reliable transportation with willingness to travel for in-home sessions. Part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field is preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
