Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work one-to-one with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

We offer mentorship, growth opportunities, and travel to local sessions. A high school diploma is required; RBT certification is essential, with reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
