Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in homes, schools, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and record progress data to support progress and independence.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within ABA. A valid RBT credential and willingness to travel locally are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred in psychology, education or related field.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
