Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA‑based plans created by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement to support learning and independence, and collect data to track progress.

Part‑time positions with growth potential to full‑time exist as caseloads expand. Local travel is required; travel reimbursement is provided where applicable, and you can pursue career growth toward BCBA with our support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and assist with transfers/positioning up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
