Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Travel locally may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
