Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

Join a supportive team offering mentorship, growth opportunities, and travel locally for in-home sessions. Previous ABA or related field experience is preferred; RBT certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
