Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification and experience with ABA therapy. In-home sessions with local travel are required; part-time hours may grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based sessions in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
