Classic Salads is seeking a Quality Control Raw Material Inspector to join the Quality Control Department. You will inspect all incoming raw materials to ensure adherence to quality specifications, participate in hold/release decisions, and maintain inspection records to support compliance with GMP and food safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in Produce QA, Spanish language proficiency, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in Spanish and understand basic English instructions.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Produce Quality Assurance or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Inspect all incoming raw materials against quality specifications and visual/organoleptic criteria.
• Calibrate and document calibration of scale and thermometer.
• Notify QA Supervisor of any deviations and assist with hold/release processes.
• Maintain Raw Material Inspection log and ensure alignment with Receiving Log.
• Inspect incoming trailers for condition at arrival when called by Receiving.
• Follow GMP and safety policies, wear PPE, and work overtime as needed.
