Job summary

Classic Salads is seeking a QC Specialist to support the Quality Control Department. This role assists the QA Manager in monitoring sanitation practices and inspecting safety devices, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in Produce QA, a high school diploma or higher, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. Travel to Yuma, AZ may be required during winter months, and familiarity with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Associate's degree in food science, agriculture, or related discipline is highly desired.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in Produce Quality Assurance or a related field.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a must.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Classic Salads Food Safety and GMP Policies.
• Complete SOP training (CS-SOP-5010 through CS-SOP-052, etc.).
• Perform daily ATP swabbing on product contact surfaces and document results.
