Classic Salads in Yuma, AZ is seeking a QA supervisor to support the quality assurance manager by planning, implementing, and overseeing QA and QC functions across plant operations.

You will lead in-process controls, audits, and record keeping, train QC staff, and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; 2–5 years in produce QA is desired; occasional travel to Yuma winters may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Associate's degree in food science, agriculture, or related discipline highly desired.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to GMP and food safety policies.
• Assist QA manager in maintaining HACCP program.
• Be an active member of HACCP and food defense teams.
• Provide training and direction to QC staff.
• Ensure calibration and accuracy of scientific equipment.
• Review QA records and reports and transfer data to Excel.
• Maintain required documentation for audits.
• Support raw material and finished product quality attributes.
