Classic Salads in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Quality Control belt inspection employee to uphold GMP standards, inspect products, and identify foreign objects. You will follow inspection protocols and coordinate with QA staff to ensure food safety and product quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Spanish language ability, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced food production environment. Overtime and cold/humid conditions are possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions preferred.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow with changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to all Classic Salads Food Safety and GMP Policies.
• Identify containments and evaluate risk of continuing to run the line.
• Communicate with QC Specialist and QA Supervisor on food safety and quality issues.
• Maintain a clean work area and enforce GMP rules through coaching.
• Stop the line when necessary for any food safety issue and report it.
