Job summary

NWI Aerostructures in Park City, KS is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for RAW Material to verify and record incoming/outgoing materials, inspect certifications, and manage material movement to production.

The role involves ERP/inventory transactions, cycle counts, labeling, coordinating with Purchasing, Production, and Engineering, and occasional driving. A Kansas DL and ability to obtain DOT certification are required. High attention to detail and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized and possess excellent attention to detail.
• Unload incoming raw material shipments.
• Verify packing slips, material certifications, inspect material cut size, alloy, temper, test reports and other required specifications.
• ERP & Inventory Tracking – receive PO’s in the system, transfers, cycle counts, review inventory levels, issue transactions, bin location transfers.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming raw material shipments and verify packing slips and certifications.
• Inspect material for specifications (size, alloy, temper, test reports).
• Record and track ERP/inventory transactions; receive POs, transfers, cycle counts.
• Label and store material; issue to production and move WIP to staging areas.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and assist inventory audits; back up driver duties as needed.
