Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to ensure parts and materials for manufacturing are received, shipped, and issued on schedule. You will troubleshoot inventory, shipping and receiving issues, and coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, and Modification teams.

The role requires experience in warehousing and aerospace, forklift operation, and familiarity with hazardous materials handling. WA-based, full-time on-site with strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred with 3 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience in Aerospace industry highly preferred.
• IATA, DOT, and Hazardous Materials shipping experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• US Person required for legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receive material requests and coordinate delivery.
• Troubleshoot and disposition receiving/grief issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
• Assist in prioritization and delivery of parts kits to hangar/shop floor.
• Organize kits/materials on hangar/shop floor for production.
• Maintain kit cleanliness to prevent FOD.
• Support kit shortage status and fulfillment.
• Manage floor stock usage and replenishment.
• Represent Logistics at meetings.
• Support AOG and engineering revisions.
• Troubleshoot material discrepancies and transaction issues.
• Ship, receive, and issue materials.
• Pick up and deliver materials from offsite locations.
• Contribute to materials management reporting systems.
