Job summary

Allegiant Manufacturing in Kansas City, KS is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to manage inbound and outbound materials. The role includes handling shipments, maintaining records, and supporting inventory movement in a clean, safe facility.

You will use ERP software for shipping tasks, operate a forklift, and ensure accuracy of shipments and documentation while maintaining a safe work environment and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and read English.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Able to access and enter information on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished goods, inbound materials, and perform tagging and stocking.
• Read and follow shipping paperwork (bills of lading, invoices, orders).
• Use ERP software to complete shipping/receiving tasks and generate packing slips.
