Job summary

Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Raw Material Utility at our Kings Mountain, NC facility. The role involves handling materials, operating palletizing equipment, and supporting packaging to keep production running smoothly.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, with Saturdays as needed. You will track pallet data, ensure labeling accuracy, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while supporting multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Food safety rules, policies, and procedures knowledge.
• A ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer/data entry skills for tracking equipment.
• Forklift experience with day-one certification possible.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic palletizers and production equipment with proper programming.
• Track pallet data in data collection systems and logs.
• Move pallets from production area to the warehouse and stage materials.
• Ensure labeling and barcoding accuracy and address packaging issues.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and equipment.
